It depends, if you can pull it off properly. Getting on the back of the neck is smart.
But one thing I hate is how you're automatically labeled TRASHY because of one tattoo, even A MINOR one.

First Chris Brown, now ... Selena Gomez? The wholesome former Disney star got a tattoo across the back of her neck spelling "76" in Roman numerals, according to The Daily Mail.

"The tattoo was a tribute to a family member who she said means a lot to her. Selena was nervous it might have been painful, so she held her best friend's hand the whole time. But she did a great job," said New York City tattoo artist to the stars Bang Bang, who gave Selena her new ink, according to the Mail.
Earlier this year, Justin Bieber's 20-year-old girlfriend got her first tat -- a small music note. "I was really scared but I got a little one. I was a pansy, actually! I was named after a singer and music obviously is a big influence for me. And there’s music stuff with my mom that means a lot to me, too," she said at the time. But are neck tattoos the way to go? Or is it something Selena will regret?

76? That sounds like bad luck. What if she dies, when she's 76 or in the year 2076?
Not a bad look if you do it right.
