No, they don't reveal that. TV ratings only record the habits of a small percentage of TV watchers, the kind who actually take part in such surveys and they totally ignore the rest who abstain from such mediocre TV fare. Then, there's also the fact that people do have a tendency to stop and gawk at train wrecks. At the very least, that would explain Palin's limited appeal.

The ratings for the first day of the amped-up war between the morning shows are in, and the winner is...

"Today." The NBC morning show came in 333,000 viewers ahead of "GMA"
on Monday, according to Nielsen. It drew 5.113 million total viewers
versus 4.78 million for "GMA. "Today" also topped "GMA" by 444,000
viewers in the key 25-54 demographic, with 2.204 million viewers versus
1.76 million viewers.

Haters lost this round; Palin won. LOLOL

Kouric destroyed CBS' evening news ratings from the time she became the anchor.

This was beautiful payback by Palin for Kouric's "gotcha" interview of Palin. The ratings say it all. People would rather watch Palin than Kouric.

I've never seen the kind of vitriol launched at any public person like what has been unleashed on Palin. Not even her family, not even her CHILDREN are off limits for liberals and the media. With every such attack on Palin and her family, you libs reveal yourselves to be the loathesome excuses for human beings that you are. Your vileness truly knows no bounds, and plenty of it is revealed right here in this topic.

You obviously haven't seen 'Game Change'. The interview was not a "gotcha" interview. Palin is just ignorant, and refused to be prepped. Therefore stumbled over her stupidity.

Fact: she was interviewed over two day period for roughly 8 hours total. Couric aired 9 minutes of careful cut material. Couric knows it and has said so. Palin accepted all prepping according to all people in the campaign except one - the one is the man who wrote the book to prop up his failure and was the foundation for the movie.

Stupidity is accepting a made for TV movie as fact ; ignorance is quoting it as a factual source.

I have been just having fun playing with the Palin haters. One group anyone can count on to foam at the mouth when they see her name; which, truthfully, says more about them than her. Such small petty people incapable of even a single kind word about someone who did well in ratings of a single show and did nothing to them on any level.
