...YES --- Time for Tebow to get out of New York and the Jets.
IMO, Tebow deserves better.

The clock is ticking for the New York Football Jets' playoff hopes. With five games left in the NFL season and a 4-7 record, the Jets must win at all costs. Quarterback Mark Sanchez is having his worst outing since his rookie year, throwing 12 touchdowns and 10 interceptions in 11 games. Sanchez has also fumbled the ball seven times.
On Thanksgiving night, Sanchez and the Jets absolutely embarrassed themselves in a 49-19 blowout loss at home to the AFC East division rival New England Patriots. The defeat was highlighted by perhaps the funniest and most baffling NFL moment of all-time: Sanchez fumbling the ball and the Patriots scooping it up and running it for a touchdown after the Gang Green quarterback ran into his own teammate's butt.
The Jets have yet to bench Sanchez for popular backup quarterback Tim Tebow, who for some reason was dressed to play on Thursday even with two broken ribs. As of press time, there is no word on Tebow's status for next weekend, but at this point many fans and pundits believe it should be "Tebow Time" in New York. Tebow's magical playoff run with the Denver Broncos last season might be a distant memory, but so will be the Jets' playoff hopes if something doesn't change. What do you think: Is it "Tebow Time" for the New York Jets?

I hate all the religious wanker antics, but Tebow may be ready to take the reins.
Something needs to change.
What they have is not working.
This kid will be one of the elite QBs even if it is not the Jets.
