Can you say "swoon"? Hunky actor Ryan Gosling is in the mix to play kinky Christian Grey in the upcoming "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie, author EL James' husband says, according to Now magazine.

Niall Leonard says that "last he heard," 31-year-old Gosling was what the magazine calls "in the frame" to play the gorgeous, sexually deviant billionaire. But he insists the somewhat disturbed character wasn't based on him. "I'm glad I'm not him because he's actually damaged. I wouldn't have liked to go through what he went through," he tells Now.
We don't know about you, but we think Ryan Gosling would be absolutely perfect as Christian. We also think he'd be absolutely perfect in any film... so we may be a little biased. Do you agree? Or can you think of a studlier actor to play Christian Grey in "Fifty Shades"?

glass_butterfly ~YSU~ 2012/09/06 20:47:20Bad casting+21No matter how talented and AMAZINGLY good-looking Ryan is, he should stay away from this poorly-written smut. It's a sad excuse for literature and shouldn't be in the mist of actual talent and or people who want to be taken seriously in the film industry. Why this is being made into a movie is beyond me.

that character from this book seems so limited.
