If you truly love someone, you love them forever. Even when you think you hate them, you still have feelings for them. Hate is sometimes just a way to protect ourselves from hurting too much. There's nothing wrong with loving someone you're no long with. And it's perfectly OK to love someone you know you will never be with again. I say bask it the great memories and use them make your life better.

Sure, Sometimes a relationship with someone you love can quite literally become toxic where it is in no one's best interest to stay together. Strong emotions like love often have an equal & opposite side that is not good.

When you really love someone you don't get over them that easy. I love him, but I will never be with him again,he's not the man who I fell in love with. Back in the days he was very loving and he thought the grass would be greener on the other side and she cheated on him.What goes around comes back around,he would love to be back with me but as I said I will never take him back.

Long distance was getting to me. I still love him but I couldnt take it any more. Lately he hadnt even been there to contact. didn't tell me why either avoided the discussion and lied to my face. I still love him, I always will but after 3 years and no plans for a compromise (hes afraid of the city and the way things are now I just can't move) and now this, I figure I'm better off letting him go and facing the heartbreak head on.
