Ok a person in Texas can sue you by Mail, but when you need to do a Deposition the Judge in the Case a Corrupt judge Bribe taking John Brian Williams wants me to travel 1700 Miles to do a Depostion in person not over the Phone. That is how Laws based on the Bibel Screw People. Both Scot Cockroft of VR Business Group and Williams are a Member of a Cult (Assembly of God) and attend the Hertiage Church in Rowlett TX. You are making no sense at all. I have never seen a deposition taken from a phone call. A deposition is a legal document that, if falsified, has the same penalty as perjury.
Now, what this has to do with the Bible and law, I haven't the foggiest.

    2. How he spends extraordinary amounts of time and energy to compete in — trivialities.

For someone dealing with the world’s weightiest matters, Mr. Obama spends surprising energy perfecting even less consequential pursuits. He has played golf 104 times since becoming president, according to Mark Knoller of CBS News, who monitors his outings, and he asks superior players for tips that have helped lower his scores. He decompresses with card games on Air Force One, but players who do not concentrate risk a reprimand (“You’re not playing, you’re just gambling,” he once told Arun Chaudhary, his former videographer).

His idea of birthday relaxation is competing in an Olympic-style athletic tournament with friends, keeping close score. The 2009 version ended with a bowling event. Guess who won, despite his history of embarrassingly low scores? The president, it turned out, had been practicing in the White House alley. ..... "

..... the rich among us employ the majority of us.

That said, they also benefit the most and stand to lose the most and should pay on a much more even playing field. I'm weary of Barry claiming the ' Fair Share ' crap and I notice rather than call for a Repeal of current system, he uses the Alinsky tactic of criminalizing the wealthy. You notice Warren Buffet has fallen of the Democrat Planet .... funny, Mr. Buffet didn't donate to the Federal Government nor call for a Flat Tax, he simply allowed rabble-rousing using his name.

A Flat Tax is the simplest and most level playing field possible and those who will end up paying plenty are the staunchest defenders of the present system.

Paramount is slashing spending .... without cuts we'll simply implode.

..... just out of curiosity Mike, how many Homeless guys have you worked for .... me neither !

The rich and/or corporations may have wanted to send jobs overseas, but one of two scenarios factored at that point.

1 - A Senator/Congressman allowed it to happen via favorable Trade Laws.

2 - A Senator/Congressman did not slap an impediment into the game >>>> Tariff on a previously US Made product now entering from a foreign country and produced by the same company.

I would hope you are aware of ' OPIC ' since you make mention of jobs leaving the Country .... you are financing and insuring it and our Reps wrote as well as sent us the frikken tab for it ..... want it to stop, fire the folks who wrote OPIC !

..... no Mike, ' OPIC ' ...... your money and mine encouraging, funding + insuring corporations to ' leave the USA '.

" ..... OPIC supports U.S. foreign policy objectives by encouraging development in regions that have experienced instability or conflict, yet offer promising growth opportunities, such as the Middle East and North Africa, sub‐Saharan Africa, and Southeast Asia. OPIC’s work contributes to stability and economic opportunity, which helps mitigate risk to U.S. companies investing abroad, and promotes a positive developmental effect for the host countries.

OPIC operates on a self‐sustaining basis at no net cost to American taxpayers. It generated net income of $269 million in Fiscal Year 2011,[1] helping to reduce the federal budget deficit for the 34th consecutive year. To date, OPIC has supported nearly $200 billion of investment in more than 4,000 projects, generated $75 billion in U.S. exports and supported more than 276,000 American jobs.

..... ain't my numbers Mike, those numbers are OPICS fabrication, but I think you've missed the point.

OPIC is a Washington contrivance .... it didn't just pop up out of nowhere and there's where you should be pointing a finger for ' Outsourced Jobs '

A CEO is beholden to the Stockholders.
If he sees a chance to make it in China, then his representation of those Stockholders dictates he send the jobs overseas .... our Reps are the guys who facilitate it, they should Tariff the returning product, making it too costly to take the job overseas, so the Real Question is, who's screwin' you, the CEO or your Reps in Washington ?

You find out who penned NAFTA, CAFTA, GATT and whose baby OPIC is and you got the guy who should be grabbin' his ankles in Leavenworth.

..... I think we need some sort of ThinkTank to thoroughly examine each Document/Treaty/Law to determine benefit/detriment and repeal via their determination(s).

Our Reps have passed this stuff with not a care in the world for what happens to the Taxpayer or the Country. Considering that most leave the Office at or well above millionaire status, having entered poorer, it would behoove us to require proof of benefit to Country or Taxpayer prior to passage of these Laws.

Recall that NAFTA was touted to be a Godsend for our southern neighbors and the folks would make 2 or 3 times what they were making.

At passage I was earning a little over $ 20 per hour and it was reported that our neighbors averaged $ 2 -4 per day. Nobody stopped to think that increasing their wage even 5 fold still did not put them in the marketplace for what I was making at $ 20 per hr. ... they would have to save their cash for years.

Because you judge, having an opine on something you know absolutely NOTHING about, you only "see" NASCAR races as just a bunch of cars going around and around in circles in YOUR mind? IF you had done your homework on NASCAR races BEFORE spewing your opinion, you'd would feel stupid about what you posted.
  • Mike Jackie 2012/09/16 14:45:14

because I did my homework is why i don't watch nascar. when dodge came out with the 360 nascar banned them because they were not fair to chevrolet. its funny as can be that someone who cannot compete only has to get his competitor banned so he can maintain. why do you think that dodge left the nascrap for 15 years, it was by choice, yet they still drag race. and cart series Oh yeah, the next time you wanna support a race make sure you look at what kind of heads the competitors use. they are al HEMIspherical heads thus when you have to add them to your car for added power, you turned your ride into a MOPAR LOL next!!!
  • Jackie Mike 2012/09/18 05:04:00
    Jackie
Oh come on, your over explained reasoning as to why you don't watch NASCAR is so silly especially if you were a supposed real fan to begin with. Did you also stop watching baseball and football when they put in place the wild card slot for teams to compete to play in the playoffs of those sports because it was "unfair"? If you did, you must live a boring life being so self righteous boycotting what you deem "unfair" in SPORTS??
