Now, what this has to do with the Bible and law, I haven't the foggiest.
We have a White House, Senate + Congress leading you in ' Dog Chasin' it's Tail ' fashion from Cradle to Grave and you're concerned about a few laps around the track
Stop .... please stop, I can't take the stupidity anymore ... my sides hurt nearly as much as my butt.

2. How he spends extraordinary amounts of time and energy to compete in — trivialities.
For someone dealing with the world’s weightiest matters, Mr. Obama spends surprising energy perfecting even less consequential pursuits. He has played golf 104 times since becoming president, according to Mark Knoller of CBS News, who monitors his outings, and he asks superior players for tips that have helped lower his scores. He decompresses with card games on Air Force One, but players who do not concentrate risk a reprimand (“You’re not playing, you’re just gambling,” he once told Arun Chaudhary, his former videographer).
His idea of birthday relaxation is competing in an Olympic-style athletic tournament with friends, keeping close score. The 2009 version ended with a bowling event. Guess who won, despite his history of embarrassingly low scores? The president, it turned out, had been practicing in the White House alley. ..... "

Leads one to wonder .... just who is ' Going in Circles ' and we know with no uncertainty it's constantly Left.
and the fact that he is cocky to the point where his confidence in himself is overstated by HIMSELF.
you just spoke of
2. How he spends extraordinary amounts of time and energy to compete in — trivialities.
didn't you just do the same thing??
..... perhaps it is trivial of the well regarded financial info source known as Forbes to nitpick, but heck, they only stand to lose billions or more due to this Presidency ....
...... the NY Times who generally provides cover-fire for Barry, wrote the article referenced by Forbes which gives some inclination as to the stellar performance of the guy who they helped get elected and who they have since had to provide one excuse after another
........ 'ya think they may be running short of ink, paper excuses ?
Friend, if this guy was all he and a friendlier NY Times told you he is, would he not be an automatic shoe-in .... if he were all he claims, would he not simply be able to sit in front of the camera proclaiming .... ' My record speaks for itself, I need not campaign ' ? ? ?
............. would you toss a guy from Office if you had the world by the short-hairs as he claims you/we do .... no, nobody in their right mind would !
........ a guy who helped the Nazi's in the extermination of his fellow Jews ?
............ a guy who, like Warren Buffet, has the power to pay additional taxes voluntarily rather than pay a Accounting Firm to figure out every possible tax evading loophole ?
Wanna see him squirm ...... ask how he feels about a Flat Tax .... bring the oxygen bottle !
That said, they also benefit the most and stand to lose the most and should pay on a much more even playing field. I'm weary of Barry claiming the ' Fair Share ' crap and I notice rather than call for a Repeal of current system, he uses the Alinsky tactic of criminalizing the wealthy. You notice Warren Buffet has fallen of the Democrat Planet .... funny, Mr. Buffet didn't donate to the Federal Government nor call for a Flat Tax, he simply allowed rabble-rousing using his name.
A Flat Tax is the simplest and most level playing field possible and those who will end up paying plenty are the staunchest defenders of the present system.
Paramount is slashing spending .... without cuts we'll simply implode.
The rich and/or corporations may have wanted to send jobs overseas, but one of two scenarios factored at that point.
1 - A Senator/Congressman allowed it to happen via favorable Trade Laws.
2 - A Senator/Congressman did not slap an impediment into the game >>>> Tariff on a previously US Made product now entering from a foreign country and produced by the same company.
I would hope you are aware of ' OPIC ' since you make mention of jobs leaving the Country .... you are financing and insuring it and our Reps wrote as well as sent us the frikken tab for it ..... want it to stop, fire the folks who wrote OPIC !
Wiki .....
" ..... OPIC supports U.S. foreign policy objectives by encouraging development in regions that have experienced instability or conflict, yet offer promising growth opportunities, such as the Middle East and North Africa, sub‐Saharan Africa, and Southeast Asia. OPIC’s work contributes to stability and economic opportunity, which helps mitigate risk to U.S. companies investing abroad, and promotes a positive developmental effect for the host countries.
OPIC operates on a self‐sustaining basis at no net cost to American taxpayers. It generated net income of $269 million in Fiscal Year 2011,[1] helping to reduce the federal budget deficit for the 34th consecutive year. To date, OPIC has supported nearly $200 billion of investment in more than 4,000 projects, generated $75 billion in U.S. exports and supported more than 276,000 American jobs.

Have you ever hear of a Fed Program that ran at ' No Cost to the Taxpayer ' .... me neither.
Long + Short of it ..... Mike takes his Widget + Gadget Factory and moves it to Bumfuk, China to squash those pesky Unions and avoid the Air + Dirt Nazi's (EPA, DEP,DER ) back home .....you and I ...

OPIC is a Washington contrivance .... it didn't just pop up out of nowhere and there's where you should be pointing a finger for ' Outsourced Jobs '
A CEO is beholden to the Stockholders.
If he sees a chance to make it in China, then his representation of those Stockholders dictates he send the jobs overseas .... our Reps are the guys who facilitate it, they should Tariff the returning product, making it too costly to take the job overseas, so the Real Question is, who's screwin' you, the CEO or your Reps in Washington ?
You find out who penned NAFTA, CAFTA, GATT and whose baby OPIC is and you got the guy who should be grabbin' his ankles in Leavenworth.
Our Reps have passed this stuff with not a care in the world for what happens to the Taxpayer or the Country. Considering that most leave the Office at or well above millionaire status, having entered poorer, it would behoove us to require proof of benefit to Country or Taxpayer prior to passage of these Laws.
Recall that NAFTA was touted to be a Godsend for our southern neighbors and the folks would make 2 or 3 times what they were making.
At passage I was earning a little over $ 20 per hour and it was reported that our neighbors averaged $ 2 -4 per day. Nobody stopped to think that increasing their wage even 5 fold still did not put them in the marketplace for what I was making at $ 20 per hr. ... they would have to save their cash for years.
