Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Rumored To Announce Split After Release of Final ‘Twilight’ DVD: Reasonable or Ridiculous?

According to various reports, "Twilight" costars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have broken up but will be waiting until after the release of the final “Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 2” DVD to make the official announcement.

A source told Hollywoodlife: “Rob & Kristen were asked to not announce a break-up or any relationship trouble until the DVD has been out for a few weeks and everything has sold. Since the first couple weeks are the times when the DVD will sell like wildfire. The more DVDs sold, the more money for them. So they are abiding by the request.”

Many believe that this is not the first time Rob and Kristen have made relationship decisions for business reasons. In fact, some speculate that their entire relationship has been designed for publicity. We won’t go as far as to declare their whole romance a sham, but we do think it’s a bit ridiculous to keep their breakup a secret (that is if they have actually gone their separate ways).

R-Patz is currently filming “The Rover” in Australia while K-Stew remains in Los Angeles, where she attended the Academy Awards solo.
