Robert Griffin III (RG3) threw an 88-yard touchdown in his first game as a rookie quarterback with the Washington Redskins. Griffin got knocked to the ground as he threw the ball, so he watched the long run from the turf. Griffin pointed his fingers in the air signalling "Number One" as his receiver Pierre Garcon scored the touchdown.

I really don't know, but I appreciate these guys so much more for their Christian stand, which is far more important in the grand scheme of things than any athletic competition. Ability in sports will not get one closer to the Kingdom of God, and even likely farther from it, given the many temptations found in that lifestyle.

Come on. One good game and all of the sudden the man is a hero. Not to mention the saints were not very good that game. Redskin fans are showing off their desperation.

If he continues to play as well as he did this past Sunday, It sure will! And it will be well deserved. This young man came into the league with a HUGE burden on him. The hopes of all of the fans of that team were squarely placed on his shoulders, from the moment he was drafted with the second overall pick! That will likely be his signature touchdown celebration move!

....but only as perceived by pro-active atheists, who are not allowed to point at the sky in their religion. Why not? Oh, well, they fervently believe that there are "No PEOPLE OUT THERE DAMMIT!" to point at and are compelled to champion this theory to anyone they perceive to be paying homage to people in the sky.

Atheists can point at the sky if they want. Real deal; do what you want, t's not my business, nor is it your's who I worship.

Although I disagree with you, I think that you meant to say a fairy tale, not a myth. That would have been more appropriate.

Do people need to get a life? "yes"

I'm a Redskins fan, have been one for most of my life. But this is lame. You're not going to see him do this every time he completes a pass like Timmy.

Man, the Bears looked great on Sunday. I've always liked the Bear's defensive mind-set sort of like the Ravens and Steelers. I was a huge Sweetness fan, he's still the best in my mind.
