I do have a special place in my heart for criminals who fool almost everyone. And Dyrdek is a criminal (okay, alleged). He and his construction pal Joe Ciaglia have ripped off cities to the tune of millions -- during a recession. Dyrdek even calls his part in their scam a "donation." His skate parks are only possibly through felony crimes (yes, okay, alleged). They should both be in jail.
