May be he could have done more romantic comedies like the role he had in "I Love You To Death" because such movies are always fun to watch and he's good looking enough to benefit from romantic roles. River's film roles had been too diversified ranging from having had played a street hustler to the young Indiana Jones. Of course favourites are still My Own Private Idaho as well as Dogfight.

A lot of the stuff that went to Keanu Reeves, Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio, no question.

Me too. River was an amazing actor. His best roles and days were just ahead of him when he passed away.
