There really is no difference. It's the same thing just reversed. Why is this more offensive then normal cleavage? Normal cleavage shows even more then underboob does, if anything underboob is more classy.

Iiiiii'm not--I don't understand; I'm not following you. The question is suggested for all women, but subjects Rihanna as a representation for it, who really does not pull it off; quite honestly, here is not her fault, because I'm not particularly convinced she was going for "that underboob look" when she got dressed for whatever act she's performing in the picture. No, I don't particularly favorite her technical underboob-age, intentional or not, but Hell it ain't gross. There are plenty of other styles that deserve that title--one past-popular example simply being that of the mullet; however this, no this is not gross. Underboob is FAR from gross and is something I'd definitely like to see become casually fashionable, given it is done well by the right people (ex: exposed belly; not right for those with BELLIES, you know what I mean? Yes, fat people). It's something I like--really any kind of exposure from women--, it's something men like, and IS sexy. Not "kind of," is! Classy? That's up to how its pulled off, but then that would still be difficult to do; Rihanna's: definitely not. Is Rihanna's particularly sexy? The idea of it is, but she didn't do a great job of it, so not really. Final answer though (for the underboob style for women in general): It Is Sexy.

That picture is horrible, but if you look at Underboob photos on TheChive.com, you'll be won over. Any view of the boob outside of traditional viewing is a boner up.

It is certainly one of the most titillating fashions, but the photo of Rihanna is a poor example. I could cite the many anthropological reasons why most men will find the shortie t-shirt an instant turn-on, but suffice it to say there are some serious biological imperatives at work.
