Rich man/boys gone wild- Nantucket edition

Jay Penske owns IndyCar team Dragon Racing, a home for drivers Sebastien Bourdais and Katherine Legge. He also is the CEO of media and technology company PMC.

According to the police report, one woman claimed Jay, 33, and his brother Mark, 35 werearrested at the Nantucket (Mass.) Yacht Club early Thursday morning for allegedly breaking into the club. The incident started when a woman spotted the brothers Penske relieving themselves in the parking lot. When she confronted Jay, he:

"turned and continued to urinate on her boots. He then proceeded to grab her arm and push her. (The woman) also states that Mark before he ran away pushed her and they both then ran to the house on Yacht Club property."

Jay was nabbed while he was retreating from the club, according to police, while they say Mark was located at the yacht club employee apartment where he had fallen down a staircase and cut his right arm.
