We've never been a fan of uncomfortable shapewear to begin with, but Blakely is a billionaire, so these ladies must be on to something ...

Seems like everyone associated with the reality TV world is involved in one lawsuit or another. Kris Humphries is currently accusing Kim Kardashian of fraud in their divorce case, arguing that the relationship was dramatized for "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

In January, nine black ex-"American Idol" contestants attempted to sue the show, claiming they were humiliated in a racist ploy for ratings. Also in January, a federal judge heard arguments on whether Utah's law banning plural marriage is unconstitutional. "Sister Wives" star Kody Brown and his four wives — you guessed it — say it is.

    Car Crash In & Big Foot are as bizarre as it gets. The racial tensions of Abdul's sexcapades are too sick for real life but they are ALL indicative of the moronic social dysfunction. It s all so very sickening

    what was even stupider was that TMZ had two of the suing parties on video praising Nigel Lithgow and saying how great he was and how he gave them their start. This law suit was such a desperate grab for more 15 minutes of fame.

    They were kicked off the show because they each failed to come clean about their criminal records, and one had a warrant out for his arrest. There was nothing racial about it.

    ETA: If you want to really make it racial, you could just say that they're perpetuating a stereotype. Arrest records, warrants... skin color.

    In general, I think that we shouldn't have TV shows that focus on or seem to encourage doing things that are illegal.
