Way to go Randy turn a misdemeanor into a felony. Average jail time Texas on first offense Felony conviction 15 years. If your gonna do dumb at least don't do it in a southern state.

He is a wonderful man, it's a lot going on in the world that would push someone over the edge. He's a sweetheart, he must be having a few problems, which will happen to everyone in life if you keep on living. Good men bounce back, so I know at the end of the day he's gonna be standing strong.

I'm praying for him, God will see him through this time of trouble.

I think people screw up. He had an argument with his girlfriend and got drunk and went for a ride. It is never okay to drink and drive. He was punished by law. It stinks that everything bad that happens to celebrities becomes everyones business. But then again, you want to attention of the world? You got it.
