Who would have thought that the silky-smooth star vampire from the "Twilight" series was really a werewolf this whole time?
With "Twilight" out of the way for a while, Robert Pattinson is trying on a new look: super hairy. The 24-year-old actor showed up at LAX on Tuesday sporting a full-on beard and mustache.
Maybe he's hoping it will help him keep a lower profile, or maybe he's a huge Joaquin Phoenix fan. Either way, it's a huge change for the usually pale and whisker-less actor, and it will probably throw his female fans for a loop.
Pattinson was also deemed the best-dressed Brit by Glamour this week, alongside future "Dark Arc" co-star Emma Watson, who is also sporting a dramatic new hairstyle. We hope Watson isn't into beards, though, or Kristen Stewart, who is currently dating Pattinson, will have even more to worry about.
He'd better enjoy his bristles while he can. Filming for "Breaking Dawn," the last "Twilight" installment, begins Nov. 1.

Vic~*PHAET*~ 2010/09/30 16:17:48Totally not!+12Obviously he's trying to complete the caveman motif that he began in not washing his hair. It was really only a matter of time.
The resemblance is simply uncanny, don't you think?

Enjoy Pattinson. I myself had a beard for a few years in college, and it was a nice change of pace.
You look like a hobo in a train wreck. Or even worse. Why can't you stick to looking like a normal guy? Oh, and that whole bunch of hair doesn't look good on you either, why not shave it all off?
I bet the paparazzi got a kick out of this.
Sincerely,
Lola
Sadly, he's just one, big....NO.
