A few weeks ago, we asked you SodaHeads to predict the winners of six of the 2013 GRAMMY categories for a chance at winning the 2013 GRAMMY Nominees album. You answered the call to cast your votes, and now with the ceremony only a couple days away we have a verdict…
RECORD OF THE YEAR
None of the categories were super close -- including this one. Kelly Clarkson's "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)" won with 30% of the vote. Turns out she had the parents and 45-64 year olds rooting for her. Perhaps they favor the positive message in Clarkson's lyrics for their children...
ALBUM OF THE YEAR
"Some Nights" by Fun. was a clear winner in this category. The music group garnered 36% of the vote while Mumford & Sons' "Babel" came in second with only 21%. Looks like the ladies, 13-17 year olds, students (high school especially) and sober SodaHeads really rocked the vote on this one.
SONG OF THE YEAR
The incredibly catchy "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)" came out on top again (35%) but it's worth noting that the while the parents still supported it, the 65+ crowd (albiet only 8% of the total voters) clearly favored "We Are Young"...
BEST NEW ARTIST
Out of all the categories, this one had the biggest lead, and it was Fun. once more that pulled away from the competition with 44% of the vote. The same demographics -- 13-17 year olds, females and students -- are rooting for them to win.
BEST POP SOLO PERFORMANCE
This was another clear winner: Adele for "Set Fire To The Rain (Live)" with 40% of the vote. The only big demographic divide here was between conservatives (only 26% voted for her) and liberals (61% for Adele). Everyone else just expects her to win, after all she is tied with Beyonce for the record for most GRAMMY awards won by a female artist in one night.
BEST ROCK ALBUM
Despite the almost unpronounceable title, you predicted Coldplay's "Mylo Xyloto" will win. People under the age of 35 tipped the scales on this one, while the majority of 35-54 year olds went with "El Camino" by The Black Keys, and most 55-64 year olds and users over the age of 65 voted for the Boss.

Complete list of winners.
And of course I'm hoping Adele gets another win. She's probably the best pop act going right now...although I am really liking Fun. and I do hope they win best new artist.
