Dude, no. First of all, Peach got "kidnapped" wayyyyy too many times, which makes me think she almost went with Bowser willingly. Secondly, in Super Mario Sunshine, Baby Bowser accused Mario of trying to kidnap his "mama". Instead of saying "There's no way way that could be possible." Peach says "Mama?...........I'm your mama?" So *clearly* something happened while she was with Bowser. I think she's just a harlot who can't decide on a man so she let's them pass her off to one other another and disguises it as a "kidnapping."

Cloud and Aerith, or Aeris as we American like to call her, were never a couple. She got 187'd by Sephiroth at the end of disc one. So, its not like they would have ever even had a shot to begin with.
