PUBLIC OPINION > Bar Refaeli Deserves to Top Maxim's Hot 100
SodaHead Celebs 2012/05/23 22:00:00
Maxim released its annual Hot 100 list this week, and it's got some interesting picks. Stephen Colbert got enough write-ins to make the list, and Lois Griffin from "Family Guy" made an appearance, too. But for the most part, it's one luscious list. The top eight hotties were Bar Refaeli, Olivia Munn, Mila Kunis, Katy Perry, Olivia Wilde, Jennifer Lawrence, Emma Stone, and Megan Fox. We asked the public who the hottest contender was.
Bar Refaeli's No. 1 spot is well-deserved; she came out head and heels above the competition. The former Leonardo DiCaprio love interest graced the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2009, so she's no stranger to the attention, but this particular honor went straight to the top of her Wikipedia page.
Parents-to-Be Prefer Mila Kunis
Mila Kunis' good-girl image accounts for something. In addition to getting second place, she also managed to win over the majority of voters who hope to have kids some day. Maybe she seems like a nice girl to settle down with. However, those who are already parents are way more taken with Refaeli.
Women Prefer Megan Fox
The Maxim list is obviously geared more toward men, but we got plenty of female respondents, as well, and they weren't as impressed with Refaeli. Women actually preferred "Transformers" star Megan Fox. She might not be the greatest actress on the planet, but she has been on pretty much every "hottest" and "sexiest" list that's come out since 2007.
Katy Perry Is for Old Folks
Katy Perry did well in many demographics, but she really shined with voters over 65. Her image is far from spotless, especially after her short-lived marriage with Russell Brand, but she does exude more innocence than some other stars we can think of. That seems like the best explanation, so we'll go with that.
