I wouldn't. You're more likely to do in your ankles when you're wearing heels but if you fall and land on your belly at all, you could hurt the baby.

Second, yeah, it's fine. So long as you actually KNOW how to walk in them, there's probably less risk than in wearing flat shoes!

It's not hazardous or anything. I've had pregnant friends and aunts that fall over in shoes without heels too. I personally would avoid heels if I were pregnant unless it were a really special occasion.

Nobody said it's illegal or anything to wear high heels while pregnant but this is where common sense comes in. I for one would never take that chance if I was pregnant but hey... Different strokes for different folks!
