A plan to kill Justin Bieber by hit men under the orders of a convicted killer was recently stopped before it was too late. According to ABC News, police have said that inmate Dana Martin ordered the two men to castrate and strangle Bieber and his manager, but the two were arrested when they were pulled over for outstanding warrants and then held after a phone conversation discussing the plot was overheard.

Is this the scariest death threat to a celeb ever? It’s not the first to be linked to the Canadian singer. His ex, Selena Gomez, received dozens of threats while they were together, and Kim Kardashian also received threats after he jokingly called her his girlfriend. Actress Ellen Page was also recently the recipient of jealous threats telling her to stop dating “True Blood” star Alexander Skarsgard.

David Letterman and “South Park” creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone received death threats from extremist groups; one for making a joke about al-Qaeda leaders, and the others for planning to show a representation of the prophet Mohammad on television.

Rapper Rick Ross was recently threatened by a Chicago gang for mentioning one of their founders in a video, while British Olympic diver Tom Daley was threatened just for failing to win a medal.

Regardless of what you may think of his music or him, nobody - nobody - has a right to harm him or to even find this sadistic threat worthy of anything but anger and punishment.

Well, Justin's threat sounds pretty awful, but how likely is it to be for real? LOL!
Most celeb death threats are more or less related to fans having a pretty bad crush on them & the accompanying jealousy! But how many celebs have been killed for such reasons? Extremely few, if any.

There are certain "celebs" that are indeed at serious risk, but for very different reasons! Especially certain hip-hop artists (and it's not just Tupac and Biggie who got killed, there are others who died for stupid associations and "turf wars") That's why I voted Rick Ross.

Then there are those targeted by extremists, but I don't think I heard of celebs killed by extremists. They almost always try to target all kinds of politicians (especially far right ones)

I don't like his music, sometimes I wish he never was in the music business, but damn to plan to kill a teenage pop star over his music is real dumb. Why can't people focus on getting their lives right, instead of worrying about other people or celebrities. We sure are touchy, aren't we. You have no idea what talents I have. I still say Justin is a nice little guy and can't imagine why anyone would want to kill him. BUT, I don't think he has a bit of talent. I'm entitled to my opinion and I respect your opinion.
