Perez Hilton reports that an angry photographer is suing rapper Diddy for allowing his bodyguards to beat him.
Oh yeah, the alleged beating took place at the BET Hip Hop awards -- last October.
Diddy is already known to get himself indirectly involved in shady dealings, but the fact that it took this photographer nearly six months to speak up has us wondering...

Jabari Tilgham insists that he was beaten by the unnamed guards while he was trying to shoot pics of celebs at the party Diddy was hosting at Club Mansion in Atlanta. His only evidence is a signed affidavit from a security guard who was also working at the venue.

Let me guess - the photographer isn't bothering to sue the bodyguards, just Combs. That phrasing makes it sound like Combs let some dogs loose and made no effort to stop them.
