Petition to Cancel the 'Kardashians': Are You Starting to Feel Bad for Kim?

Just a few months ago, it was looking like the Kardashians would be ruling trash TV for the next decade. It's not that people particularly like them, but there weren't a whole lot of concrete reasons to hate them -- until Kim Kardashian made the mistake of slighting the sanctity of marriage just 72 days after her multi-million dollar wedding.

Ever since then, Kardashian has been ticketed as the fame-obsessed chick who faked her own wedding just to make a few million bucks off of it. And one girl's not taking it any longer.

In response, Cyndy Snider posted a "No More Kardashian" petition on November 2. So far, it's received more than 75,000 signatures and the site keeps crashing due to so many hits. So, if you want to sign the petition yourself, be a little patient.

Judging from our own SodaHead statistics, we know most of you want the 'Kardashians' reality show canceled -- but are you actually starting to feel a little bad for Kim K and the rest of the Kardashian klan?

    She has become American royalty, why? Because she's "hot" (personally I think she looks top fake to consider her attractive, but that's just me) and had a sex tape. I don't understand how she got a show in the first place. Now people, including myself, have just received annoyance overload. Too bad all those starving people had to die while she spent and made millions off a marriage that didnt even last half a year.

    I have nothing to feel bad for, the whole family including the Mom who imo is the worst are just a bunch of self indulged in it for me, they don't care who they hurt along the way. I am sick of seeing all of them and I think finaly the Hype is over or getting over. They truthfully make me sick!

    Got stuck in a room with that show on while working, the most horrible minutes of my life. People like them are paid attention to by some sleazy old person who is wealth and wants to control the masses with 'human garbage'. I for one, do not feel sorry for those higher up on the ladder. They make me sick.

    Glorified tramps is how I would label them. Never watched the show and never will. Their father Bob is turning over in his grave seeing the way these tramps live. Money is their god and they could care less about anyone. Their mama also sets a bad example too.....poor upbringing.

    Why do people hate them so much? They are just people on a reality show. Who cares? Are they harming babies? Are they stealing from old people? Is their fame, money or daily lives going to affect one thing in mine?

    People like her and her sisters need to be hit with reality at some point. It pisses me off how they never had or have to work hard for crap, while others are working 3Xs as hard just trying to survive or some of us are out working our butts off to be something in life. Plus it is about time these people learned some humility.

    I really can't comment because I've never watched the Kardashians' program even once. But the few things I've seen referenced out of that show don't impress me much. Seems like a bunch of spoiled brats, but I really don't know so I hesitate to put that judgment out there. Heck, they could be really nice, normal folks. But then "normal" doesn't sell on TV, so perhaps that's where I developed the notions I have on the subject. So I really should listen to my own advice and not give opinions when I don't know what I'm talking about, right? Okay. But do I feel bad for Kim? Nah, she's made a pretty good living off this thing thus far and will survive like the rest of us in this world.
