Mmm yes, and how often does this get many raves? Sure this only has four, but as you can see, I was late to the party.
I don't care, many others don't care, and many more shouldn't care.
But mostly, most should stay out of celebrity lives. The more people care, the more the media cares because they get paid to care, the more other people's lives are invaded, the more said lives get ruined. Or at least that's how I see it, I know it's not that simple, but I felt it easier to sum it up.

So that's it? You're looking for top comment? What a joke. While I agree people shouldn't care, they do. Celebrities lives are much less important than we make them. Its the world you live in. Get over it. And I picture from one of the dumbest shows on TV sure as hell isn't going to change it.

It wouldn't be your money though, you didn't earn it or work for it, why should you get it? His children are going through a tough time and need money to help maintain themselves. While it is a lot of money, I hope that they will give what they don't need and will never use, (80% of it) to charity as opposed to using it all for themselves like the siblings would have.

His children didn't earn the money either. They get it because they're family. So yeah, I'm not saying that family should get your money no matter what, it all depends on your interpersonal relationships with others.

Poor kid. Personally I think it's disgusting that they're pursuing a contest to his will which will take money away from his own children...if any of them were talented at all they would have enough to not need his!

wasnt he in major debt??, i couldnt see there being much to contest once his debts were repaid, the kids should recieve the inheretence, but dear ol granma should still control it as a 14-15yr old kid is not mature enough to make rational sensible decisions. at least not when it comes to that much doe.

He was/is in horrible debt. Janet managed her multi-millions wisely and is dating a billionare. There are also two more children involved. It was not sensible to take this matter to Twitter, but she is a child and children make mistakes. Jermaine did have to clarify. I am assuming she now knows taking the issue to Twitter, without facts, was a mistake as well because she deleted her comments. The whole family needs to communicate more openly among each other. They also need to have more honest talks concerning the health of grandmother, because I think they have been overprotecting the children from the true state of her health issues in order not to worry them. I also do not believe that grandma wanted the grandchildren to worry about her. The Jackson family may feel being blatantly honest will be too much on the children since they have already lost their father. If something happens to the grandmother, Diana Ross is next in line to have custody. This will is not going to be overturned.

Janet Jackson was very wise with managing the several multi-millions she has made over the years. No one can ever recall any huge rumors of her mismanaging money, and she has been a star since childhood. She is also dating billionaire Wassam Al Mana, so she does not have a need for anyone's money. She also made intervention attempts to save Michael, one ending in his spending some time in rehab. Maybe Janet feels that the media and the Hollywood scene was horrible to her brother at times and she wants to save her niece from all the hits she know are to come with fame. Rebbie Jackson is very talented, and assists her mom with caring for the children. Rebbie is the most talented female singer in the family but decided a long time ago that she preferred spending time with her own family and rearing her children many years ago.

This all boils down to a family issue. This situation should have NEVER been addressed over twitter! Michael, although a person with an addiction, decided to cut everyone off who would not enable his use, keep that "doctor" around, and now we have children without their father. His life was cut short prematurely, and not at a sober time in his life which is the reason for all of this happening in the first place.

I think Janet would be fair. She really tried hard with interventions to keep her brother alive, and he actually admitted himself into the hospital after one of her interventions for Michael. The media finds baggage to stick to people with squeaky clean histories. The media is not going to spare this child of asking questions about any of her father's historical baggage. She is not ready to answer allegations concerning molestation and if she saw anything. She is not ready to deal with questions about her father's addiction and her and her sibling's growing up in such an environment. The media is so interested in getting any new breaking information concerning Michael, and whenever she goes to promote some project, the underlying goal would be to get some new scoop on Michael (that can be twisted) from his daughter. She is only fourteen. There are adult entertainers who are dealing with a lot less baggage than her father had, and they are fed up with being ripped apart. This kid would be emotionally destroyed and burned out early. Well, it appears this may be an issue for Diana Ross to solve soon. If the grandmother was "unwilling" or beccomes no longer able to take care of the children, the children will go to Diana Ross.

What a bunch of little money whores. I hope they get NOTHING, it's not the kid's fault they didn't have a successful career like MJ did. The money was left only to them because it takes around a million dollars to take care of a kid until they're at least 18 and he had 3 to think of and I'm pretty sure he wanted Katharine to be well taken care of after his passing. His siblings don't need squat; they're adults, they have opposable thumbs and they have perfectly working legs. How about instead of wasting money on lawyers to get your grimmy little hands in your nephew's and neice's trust funds go get an effing job???

I agree with Janet I don't think Paris needs a career in performing. She'll only get harassed and be told regardless of whether or not she's actually good that she's only getting jobs based on who she's related to. It's too late to try to get jobs with an alias. But I wish her the best.

Outside of Katherine (Mother) & Janet, the rest of them are leeches. I wouldn't be at all surprised to find out they give each other new heads for Christmas.

It sounds like to me that she's the adult and MJ's siblings are the teenagers crying over his estate like he owed them something and he didn't, It's not his fault that Janet's career fell off, and she was dating a so called super producer named Jermaine Dupree, but MJ did help her out with their duet called "Scream", and he can't be at fault because his other siblings decided to sit back and become fans of his instead of doing their thing, but what do you expect from has beens? Although she's only 14, she, so far appears to be in tune with what is the circus that is her family. Say what you will about MJ,but if his daughter and her standing up for herself is a testiment to how MJ was raising them, then there's alot we didn't know about the man. Kudos to all who support Paris and have bitter soup for those who sides with MJ's siblings.

Actually, I think Janet has been the smartest in managing her multi-millions over the years. She is also dating Wassam al Mana, a billionaire, and I think this relationship may turn into a marriage soon. So, actually Janet does not need this headache. Scream was a collaboration that Michael and Janet both enjoyed doing, and I know it is on his CDs that I have. Scream addressed their frustration with lies in the media and the hits taken due to their fame. Maybe Janet wants to prevent her very young niece from having to address the hits she knows will be coming that child's way, and just does not think the child is ready to handle the baggage now.

I am definitely with Paris on this. The Jackson family seems to be a very dysfunctnal family. I think her aunts and uncles are after the children's fortune.

Paris is only 14 and she know her father (Michael Jackson) would defend his mother Mrs Katherine Jackson with all he has, including other family members. What ever happened to Mrs Katherine Jackson it's none of the public business. Paris, sweetheart you are doing what is right,I'm 100% on your side and your father would be very proud of you! why should any of his siblings get anything it should be for micheals kids and some for his mother who is looking after his children, his siblings have all made their own money why do they need his its because they are all too greedy

That entire family has ridden on his coattails his entire life. And even after death they are trying to get things from him that never earned, nor do they deserve. One of the few people that I would expect to have respect his interests is Paris. Because, unlike the rest of his so called family, has never proven herself to be a user. They don't deserve a single thing.

Well, grandmom may be more ill than she is letting on to the grandkids. Grandparents tend to want to protect grandchildren from "worrying" about them. Adult children, who have been around their parents much longer, know when something is going horribly wrong. Kids tend to sometimes think that grandparents are going to be around forever and are shocked when the health seemed to have failed overnight to them, but the adult children have seen it coming for some time. With all the latter being said, I think the circumstances surrounding Michael's relationship with his father had more of a profound affect on him negatively in life. Micheal's children, thanks to their father, have been allowed to just be kids and play when they wanted. Michael made a great decision to leave the children in his mother's care should something happen to him. I thought if something were to happen to their grandmother, Michael designated Dianna Ross to have custody.

The others besides Janet ,who has a career equal to MJ's,just want attention.And money cause they are broke or near it.
