as long as this guy is taking care of his families, it's a good example of fatherhood even though he can't keep his pants on. what's the difference between this stupid show and sister wives???
i don't condone this behavior but i do see that it's just like any other train wreck of a show - honey boo boo, jersey shore, real housewives of anywhere, etc. - and i refuse to watch this crap and most of what cable TV has to offer.
we cut the cable cord more than a year ago and i'm very happy to declare that i don't miss it. TV has been going downhill as far as content i care about for many years.
Next store to me live three young black children with a single mother.. on welfare, but she is working and trying her best to take care of them. We are helping out. She cannot be home when they come home from from school, so they come to our home. I am a former high school teacher and college instructor. I sit down with those kids and tell them all sorts of stories in history and correct behavior.... help them with their home work, but never give them the answers. I give them chores to do, for which I pay them ... , but only after their home work is completed.... no work, no pay. I have become their father figure. These kids are smart....one of them is brilliant. I will, with the best of my ability, make sure that these kids succeed and become self reliant and not fall into the mindset of much of the current Black culture of sponging off government handouts. Call me racist if you will; but I sleep very comfortably at night.
How would you like to be growing up with THAT as your father? What kind of example or role model is he? Does he think his children are or will be proud of their man-whore father? Excuse me while I barf...
I'm glad I grew up in a stable home with a loving mother AND father. Family meant a lot & still does.
I will never watch that garbage show.
as long as he cares for his family, sure. but i don't really care. i only care about my own family and friends, not these people on tv.
Let the market determine. You don't like the show, change the channel. If someone watches this show and their life doesn't match up to the tv show... leave for their entertainment.
However, no one, no group should EVER have any determination as to what airs and what doesn't. Let's the commercial market determine that.
Don't like what's on TV - turn the goddamn thing off.
Not to mention Style network, Blaze TV, The so-called Learning Channel and many more media brain crap!

"I'm taking care of my kids"....( it's not all about finances...it's called time, devotion, modeling loyalty, respect, not just manufacturing babies...and writing checks...selling out for tv...more money...more exposure......having all these arguing women and exposing these children to this mess......is beyond)
