O.J. Simpson, famous for killing his wife Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman and getting away with it, is trying to appeal what he's in jail for now. He was sentenced 33 years in prison for armed robbery and kidnapping and now is saying he was denied a fair trial because the jurors weren't racially diverse. Do you think O.J. Simpson is right to appeal due to an unfair trial?

I think they should put O.J. in the same cell as Charles Mason. So he has to hear O' Charlie's chattering voice for the rest of his life.

may or may not have received a fair trial. That's what the appeal process is all about. However, once a guilty verdict is reached, the presumption is guilty until overturned by appeal. As a person presumed guilty, he should not be released from jail.

and anyone that thinks they are unfairly tried (sp?) are allowed to request an appeal. Trouble is, what a waste of mooolah. Looked like it was a closed case.

BTW a racially diverse jury? What the heck?

OJ should appeal but to no avail because we're done with him. I don't think he could ever get a fair trial now because there just arn't enough people born in caves that havn't already made up their minds that he is guilty of everything including killing Kennedy from the grassy knoll, Planting weapons in Iraq, and shooting JR Ewing from Dallas.

is in jail somewhat on false pretences and being punished for the Nicole Ron Goldman murrders, but he got it one way or the other. Just too bad they didn't nail his butt during the first trial.
