Put aside the obvious question -- why would anyone want to see Nadya Suleman naked? -- and let's just get down to the facts. The Octomom signed a deal with T's Lounge in West Palm Beach, Florida, for a four-night, eight-show engagement to strip. But she alleges that a bartender at the joint called her “crazy” and two days after reaching the agreement, she pulled out of the gig in fear for her safety.

Unfortunately for Octomom, this was 34 days before her first appearance and the contract allegedly stipulated that she provide 35 days notice of cancellation. She also is now scheduled to perform at the Playboy Gentleman's Club in Hollywood, Florida. But the contract with T’s also limited her appearances at other clubs within 50 miles for 90 days of her scheduled shows. And so the West Palm Beach club is suing Suleman for $15,000 in damages.
It seems pretty cut and dry that she broke her contract with T’s. But does she have a legitimate claim that she felt threatened. Does that give her a right to break the contract? Or is this just an excuse because the Playboy Club gave her a better offer? Or maybe this is all just one big Octomom publicity stunt. What do you say?

Inquisitve Kat 2012/07/11 21:25:19The strip club is right. Octomom breached her contract.+8Without more details, I'm going to have to say she broke contract. If she's claiming she felt threatened simply because a bartender called her crazy, I'm inclined to think she's lying and likely backed out because of the better offer. If, however, more was said to make her have a legitimate concern, then I don't blame her and I think it would be a reasonable reason for breaking a contract.

In any case, this is probably a win for the customers of this place...
We need to consider what we wish for or in this case, what we sue for.
The judge could actually order Octomom to fulfill her contractual obligations and then double the number of appearances as a penalty. Are we ready to see a naked woman that has had 14 kids, the last 8 at the same time?
Not that I would go see the movie, but I could see her in the lead female role in a James Bond movie that I shall not name. You might say that it is the launching pad for her fame.
Edit:
I don't know if she has a claim or not. However, the bartender was out of line saying that to her. While she may have to take it from a member of the audience, she should not have to take it from a fellow worker.
At least in her photo, she does not look as bad as I had thought she would. Yet I do not want to see anymore just to make sure.
#1 It got us talking about her again, and
#2 She is the Octomom. How many of those are there?
Nuff said.
If I sign a contract for a car payment, I get sued.
SHE deserves to be sued, and lose.
It appears she signs deals and breaks them-ANYTHING to keep attention on her.
