NO WAY! Find out how DAREDEVIL could be in AVENGERS 2!

Before Marvel was bought by Disney, Marvel sold the movie rights to many different companies to develop movies for them. FOX got Daredevil and Fantastic 4. It's been a long time since the last Daredevil movie was made and even though they count Electra as a Daredevil spinoff; they have contracts to fulfill. Unless they make a Daredevil movie or do something with him, the movie rights will be given back to Disney. So basically, it looks like Fox may have given up on making another Daredevil movie; so Disney can do whatever they want with him. (this is also the reason why Spiderman won't be in Avengers - Spiderman is exclusive to Sony)

can they get ben affleck to do it again? would he still look good in red leather?

Ben Affleck has expressed not doing a sequel saying in 2004 "by playing a superhero in Daredevil, I have inoculated myself from ever playing another superhero... Wearing a costume was a source of humiliation for me and something I wouldn't want to do again soon."- but with the recent success of the comic book movies, maybe they can persuade him back. CONTINUITY!!

oh thank you he is a bit older than he was in 2004 so maybe its time for new meat
