I think this whole Nicki Minaj/Mariah Carey incident has been completely blown out of proportion. Thanks to the media. They love speculating and making things and situations more than what they are. If I was Nicki Minaj I'd tell the media and Barbara to kiss it!

I suppose you have to think you are all that when you are in show business but some people like Walters, Carey and others who have held lead positions in society for years deserve respect, Minaj is a disrespectful female and should be ashamed of her own behaviour but obviously she is smelling herself and thinks her coochie doesn't stink, and I am afraid it does, probably more than others.

Nicki is a spoiled brat. She needs to show a little respect to a legend like Barbara Walters. The fact that she thinks it is a racist thing is ridiculous. She needs to grow up and act like an adult.

Kicki Minaz has got a severe chip on her shoulder, a huge potty mouth, and an over inflated opinion of herself. Has little to do with her being a rap singer, black or any other idiotic ideas she can come up with, it just has to do with common sense, being civilized and being able to admit that she may have overstepped the bounds of proper behavior for a human being.
She is a poor excuse for a role model and it's made me think twice about her music as well and if we want our children listening to it. While in the past, I've liked a couple of her songs, but, her potty mouth, her grating voice, and her 'views' have made even me turn off the radio when she comes on.
I find the kids are finally catching on as well since the feud STILL hasn't blown over and it's still a "my side - their side" issue with Minaz every time you turn around. Ms. Minaz needs to learn about diplomacy and how it just might be in her best intrests to let sleeping dogs lie instead of parading them out and beating the poor things to death!
Time she learned to 'respect her elders' and quit using the 'F' word like we think that's impressive and it's going to change our minds! Anyone who has to use the 'F' word to make a point is just proving that there are holes in their theory and they're using shock value of the word to try to put one over on the rest of us. If you can't be civilized in your defense, forget about the whole thing and MOVE ON!
