The NFL Playoffs are approaching and seven teams have stood out of the pack as potential Super Bowl favorites. As far as teams currently with home games go, the Green Bay Packers, Houston Texans, San Francisco 49ers, Atlanta Falcons, Denver Broncos, and New England Patriots are as tough as they come. There's also the Seattle Seahawks who have looked dominant with their high-powered offense and rookie quarterback Russell Wilson.
The Packers are just two seasons removed from a Super Bowl Championship, and have made the playoffs two consecutive years. The Texans make their second straight postseason and are a great unknown and certainly have something to prove. The Niners were in the NFC Championship Game one year ago and hope to get back there and punch their ticket to the franchise's first Super Bowl since the 1994.
The Falcons look to win a playoff game for the first time in the Matt Ryan era, as well as reach the Super Bowl for the first time since 1999. The Broncos are riding a wave of momentum thanks to quarterback Peyton Manning and obviously, have title hopes in their future too. Of course, no one can ever count out the New England Patriots as long as Tom Brady is their quarterback and Bill Belichick is their coach.
