Roger Griffin III (RGIII) likes Adidas, the sportswear competitor to Nike. RGIII covered up the Nike logo on his warmup gear by replacing the swoosh with an "H" to spell the word "Heart". The NFL has a contract with Nike to display the logo on all the players' uniforms so it upset the league to see RGIII cleverly modify the Nike swoosh. Do you like RGIII's artwork? Do you sympathize with RGIII for his loyalty and passion? Do you share the NFL's criticism of his violation of a contract?

WASHINGTONPOST.COM reports:
A league source says that the clever modification will not be happening again.

Nike and the NFL signed a contract. He should go play Arena Football or Canadian Football if he can't follow the rules.

The NFL has a contact with Nike. Last I checked RGIII is payed by the Redshins not the NFL.

The Redskins are in the NFL. His contract says he must follow the NFL's rules.

However, by agreeing to play for the NFL I am sure there is an agreement somewhere to promote the Nike symbol, so he should abide by his contract.

The man knows who is in bed with the NFL and I am sure all players get informed about altering uniforms or covering logos.I will give him credit for keeping it just durring warm ups though,it most likely save him a buch of cash
