FRANK + DEROL is a Los Angeles duo comprised of Codi Caraco and Brandi Cryus. But don't let the name "Cyrus" fool you. If you're looking for bubblegum-country pop, you'll have to look elsewhere. Their brand of indie-pop is full of airy harmonies, lovely refined melodies and catchy hooks. Check out their single "Barely Love You Too" below, or listen to them on SoundCloud. These guys have great lyrics if you ask me. I know most of their fans have been fans for some time. I just came across them and I am loving it.

Listening to Elitist's EP 'Earth' and awaiting my pre-ordered copy of their debut LP Reshape Reason.

Thanks to the i nternet I can still find the music I want to hear as the music stores sure don't sell it.

I've been listening to Joe Satriani for the last couple weeks, with a little bit of Tony Macalpine thrown in. Mostly all the instrumental stuff, because I don't want lyrics clouding my thoughts.

Just came off Smile Animal.

Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Strokes, The Smiths, and Arctic Monkeys. I also checked out The xx's new album, which wasn't bad. Can't wait for The Killers/Mumford & Sons new albums this month.
