Nice question! Sorry i'm so late with the answer, my friend...:
Lord Voldemort, Joker, Mr Hide, and the last 2 are from my books tale of The Rock Pieces - King Kabil (the king of the Brown faces, the most avid and horrible human race), The Opposite of Magic- Ramblac (a sort of a king too, the most skillful Brown face).
I'm assuming Villainesses are included too ^^
1. Harley Quinn - Who can fall in love with this cutie little ditz??
2. Puddin'... I mean, The Joker x) - Mark Hamill has the Joker down to a tee andthe animated series Joker is definately my favourite, but I do enjoy the other film versions too ^^
3. Venom & Carnage - Kinda cheating putting both but shhh... I like my villains psycopathic!
4. Poison Ivy - She can command plants to do her bidding, need I say more??
5. The Mad Hatter - He's just barmy... I loved the animated series episode 'Mad as a Hatter' because you can spot all the little references Paul Dini squeezed into the episode x)

BTW, the Joker, Harley Quinn, Scarecrow, and The Goblin aren't super. They rely on their inventions and psyche.
