Which is the better band? Pretty simple question, right? You might think so. But according to most of my friends and family, it isn't. I don't know whether it's the ignorance of music or you just have bad taste..people tend to choose Green Day. I like Green Day, but personally, I LOVE MCR! (Best Band EVAR!!) *clears throat* Anyway, me and my sister are on the mission to find out what the world wide web thinks, so please answer truthfully. && anyone who does't like either of them....why are you here on the first place? (Vote MCR!!) Lol. My sister is with Green Day.

i was introduced to rock by listening to another band...lol but 2nd was green day! i love mcr cause i fell in love with helena...idk i love them both but i picked green day cause they were with me for a very long time lol but both are awesome!!! now why isnt there any info on there new album here i was lied tooo!!! T^T

I am probably the biggest fan(in my area, at least) of BOTH of these bands. My Chemical Romance saved me of course, but Green Day MADE me.

I'm saying MCR. I have been a huge Green Day fan since I was about 8-9. My cousin a few years ago was a HUGE MCR fan and I thought "Wow another band..." But one day I heard the song Cancer and I've been hooked ever since, and I am the biggest MCR fan in my city. Don't get me wrong, GD rocks! But I can relate to alot more MCR lyrics than I can GD. add/talk to me on myspace or yahoo anyone? Green day is old news. I like their stuff, but it getting old.
I love MCR and can't wait for their new album.

haha and id be right next to you. they are awesome. the old and the new them. i get updates on them and i get on youtube every other day and watch their interviews. theyre so interesting and fun to watch hehe just something about them right? :o-)
