    This movie just plain sucked. Pretentious, plot strained, worse than Waterworld and that is saying a lot.

    I get it flaca. I suffered through the movie and I don't the politics were exactly subtle.

    I think people dislike this movie so much because they actually agree with everything the bad guy agrees with. It makes them look bad.

    well he does go for poor movies usually. But I thought it posed an interesting perspective.

    that should have read "I suffered through the movie and I don't think the politics were exactly subtle." Geeesh, can't believe I wrote that. and as for taking sides, well obviously, Costner was one of the "good guys".....which was one of my problems with the film. Things aren't usually that contrasted in reality.
