This is interesting. Seems he was sued over this song for copyright infringement by Loulou Gaste because it plagiarized "Pour Toi"


It probably wasn't the first song that went through that.

    It's been a long time since I've heard this song. It brings back a lot of memories. I don't necessarily like the song because they played it to death though.

    They played that song to death when it first came out! I liked it at first, but hearing it play 50,000 times a day was too much for me to take and I began to hate it. It didn't help that every single person on earth seemed to be singing it on tv either. When Lindsay Wagner sang it on an episode of "Bionic Woman" I officially loathed the song. Heard it again some time ago, and since I hadn't heard it in so long, I thought it was nice to hear it again.

    That reminds me. One time when I was babysitting 3 boys for one of my friends. One of the boys invited me to his room where they must've played Black Hole Sun by Soundgarden about 100 times in one day. Why do they destroy good songs like that, I asked my younger friend. I never figured it out either. I liked the song, but after awhile I began to hate it because they overplayed it.

    normally just an avergae song for me; but this is probably the best rendition I have heard, even like the piano accompaniment :)

    One hit wonder as we used to call them, that was his million seller and I don't think he ever had another one that made the charts. I even had that one on a 45rpm
