"According to the National Enquirer, Morgan, 72, who divorced his wife last year, has been having a decade-long affair with Hines.

“Morgan has led her to believe that he wants to marry her,” a family
insider told the tabloid. “Becoming Mrs. Morgan Freeman has been
E’Dena’s goal,” revealed another family source.

Hines is the granddaughter of Morgan’s first wife, Jeanette Adair
Bradshaw, whom he and his estranged second wife Myrna raised since she
was a young child.

Hines has accompanied Freeman to numerous red carpet events but no one
thought anything of it because she was being introduced as his
granddaughter.

“It’s not technically incest, because they are not related by
blood…[but] Morgan is trying desperately to keep his divorce out of open
court so all the shameful facts won’t become public,” added the source. "

Does it matter? It's not his biological daughter...it's kinda gross but there is nothing "wrong" with it. Don't act like none of you have never had a "feeling" for a distant cousin you never met. We all have a hot as cousin we'd bone if she wasn't our cousin! It's kinda like that, except Mr. Freeman is acting on his impulse to bone a distant relative, lol.

If this story is true this would mean that Morgan Freeman began having an affair with the child he was raising when she was only 17 years old. Maybe he belongs in jail if that is true. This story is from 2009, the new rumor is that he has now dumped her for a younger woman of 25. But this is all from gossip mags.

I am sorry I feel judgmental about it, but if they were granddaughter and grandfather to start (step or not, that is how they first knew each other), then this is nauseous.
People should not marry their children or grandchildren. I can't help it.

Does anyone else remember Morgan Freeman on THE ELECTRIC COMPANY, as, "Easy Reader, mm mm mm?"
He was so cool then, not like a person who marries a young reletive.
When Woody Allen did it it was far less suprising.
