Universal Pictures confirmed at a media conference in Los Angeles that they had plans to release more Bourne films, despite The Bourne Legacy being given mixed reviews by critics.^[33]

The biggest problem with the film is that they did not use Matt Damon.Films should not abruptly change the main character and expect people to accept a new actor in place of the only actor that played the lead character.That is one reason why it flopped and another one will flop without Matt Damon.
