Minka Kelly is the latest celebrity to possibly have a sex tape, only this time it's even more scandalous than usual: she may have been a minor when the purported tape was shot. Find out more info about the alleged tape in the video below.

The 30-minute tape, which supposedly features Minka with an ex-boyfriend, is "being peddled to the highest bidder," TMZ reports. In the tape, Minka Kelly seems to be aware of the camera, the site says.

So when was the tape made? Two songs from Brandy's album "Never Say Never" -- released on June 8, 1998 -- are playing in the background, TMZ says. "Never Say Never" came out 16 days before Minka's 18th birthday (she's 32 now).

Minka dated John Mayer from September 2007 to January 2008, and Derek Jeter from May 2008 to August 2011. She's currently said to be dating actor Wilmer Valderrama. Do you think her purported sex tape is scandalous? Or are sex tapes starting to get ... kind of boring?

Honestly, who cares anymore? I'm just not into watching someone else's private moments. There's more than enough porn out there done by people who are "good" at it -- I don't see the appeal of things like this.

Celebrity & non Celebrity made like to make a sex tape for there own use. The problem is what is in your name. If you are a celebrity it's a big deal. If you are not who care's but the people (s) who in the tape.

sex tapes means that the person needs, "attention" they should put the celebrity in STAR magazine or the ENQUIRER front page, where the celebrities get the attention that they so desire!

I keep forgetting that the legal age in America is 18. Over here it's 16. I'd get the scandal if it were years before she turned 18 but days don't make that much difference.

True. I personally don't get the strict minor laws. Sure, if there's coercion or an adult involved in the situation, charges should be filed in order to protect the child and the perpetrator should be held accountable. But if it's two kids in a relationship on the same playing field and they choose to have sex, I don't think anyone should be charged. They're hormonal teenagers, not the Amish!

I'm surprised no one knows who Minka Kelly is. She was voted Sexiest Woman Alive, that picture doesn't do her justice. She starred in the movie, The Roommate.
