Minka Kelly is the latest celebrity to possibly have a sex tape, only this time it's even more scandalous than usual: she may have been a minor when the purported tape was shot. Find out more info about the alleged tape in the video below.

The 30-minute tape, which supposedly features Minka with an ex-boyfriend, is "being peddled to the highest bidder," TMZ reports. In the tape, Minka Kelly seems to be aware of the camera, the site says.

So when was the tape made? Two songs from Brandy's album "Never Say Never" -- released on June 8, 1998 -- are playing in the background, TMZ says. "Never Say Never" came out 16 days before Minka's 18th birthday (she's 32 now).

Minka dated John Mayer from September 2007 to January 2008, and Derek Jeter from May 2008 to August 2011. She's currently said to be dating actor Wilmer Valderrama. Do you think her purported sex tape is scandalous? Or are sex tapes starting to get ... kind of boring?

Once people saw the amount of publicity that came from these kind of videos being "leaked" to the public,it went from being something private to an opportunity.Kind of sad

Sex tapes are ALWAYS scandalous! Where are you people from? It's easy to evaluate life from these public responses to the silliest of questions. If the devil was not in charge, there would be higher graduation rates at Vacation Bible School! Brown eyed 'sexiest' wouldn't happen either!

[sigh] when fame and fortune are your heroin, and the Friday night lights are turned off one by one, you play your trump card to get yourself back in to the conscious minds of the deal makers. Scandalous? Depends who's deciding. I see it more as an act of desperation on behalf of a young woman who should have a host of avenues to pursue, yet, banking on trash, rather than class, it demonstrates which side of that line she's willing to reside on.

Scandalous in the sense she may have been a minor at the time.If so,the person/persons who taped this should be prosecuted. The tape is being peddled? It should be used as evidence. What the Hell is wrong with some people today!?!. Child abuse is wrong in any form! Even if it involves an older child celebrity or not.

Maybe I'm reading this wrong, or just not getting something....but even if the album came out before she was 18, couldn't the songs still be in her video AFTER she was 18? I listen to songs NOW that came out before I was 18. Like I said, I must be missing something, because I'm not getting why that determines her age. Besides, it's a 16 lousy days before 18. Big whoop. (On another note....like so many people before me, WHO is Minka Kelly?)
