I know people who were her age when they got married. Most of which are still together. It's those fools who wait until they are in their mid to late 30's that are rediculous.

What is wrong wiht waiting until your 30s to marry if anything I prefer people wait until they are ABSOLUTELY sure they can be with a person for the rest of their lives (and sad that is not always the case, but hopefully they consider that long term commitment). I hate when people rush into things either to make a statement or prove their 'false' maturity like Miley. What kind of wife can a salvia smoking, bare dressed 19 year old girl make for someone???

well for starters, when you wait until your that old, it becomes this personal conquest to just not be alone anymore. Thats why people of that age have been married & divorced more times than the young couple that only did it once. Thats also why you meet so many people in todays society that have 2 or more ex's. At that age you don't get married for love anymore, & by then most that want to be married will marry just about anyone willing just they aren't the one that "never grew up" or "never found their one true love" or whatever. It's just sad at that point.

As for Miley, is the best dig you have on her that she smoked something that at the time of the incident was not even illegal for a girl her age to posess? I'm not even going to touch the "bare dressed" part of that comment, because to me, that is a total oxymoron... "bare dressed" really?... and you call me a "MORONIC BASTARD".... Oookay.

And what are the odds of that young couple staying married? Not very long that is for sure!!! That is why people in Hollywood especially end up married to more than three people for the span of their lives. And what makes you so sure that young couple is in love??? Perhaps it is lust and they are so stuck up in the moment and each others faces that they cannot distinguish the two? That is the reason young couples divorce. They are so quick to marry that they don't give each other time to figure themselves out...nor to do they try to distinguh love from lust!!! As far as her age is concerned, ehter it was legal or not is not the point, the fact is it was irresponsible and immature. If your friend jumped off of a bridge would you do it too? I HOPE NOT!!! That is stupid!!! and ou know what bare dressed is, well i meant barely dressed??? use your head!!! No GIRL like that is worthy enough to be a wife or a potential mother!!! NO GIRL!!!

Okay. That is what you believe. But I'm telling you that all the weddings that I attended of my friends when we were teenagers, I thought were pointless & expensive waste of time for all involved. But every one of those people are still married, & happily as far as I can tell. As of the past 7 years up to now when I go to weddings (I'm 32 by the way), it is a pointless endeavor! I have yet to see a couple that got married after the age of 25 stay together more than 2 years. So from what I have seen, the odds for the young couple are much better than the odds for the mature age group, when it comes to staying happily married. And just because you had to bring up the barely dressed thing again. What is your point there? In all the 'exposed' pictures you see people bringing up, she is always wearing more than any girl on Miami Beach or the Hawiian Islands. Are none of those girls worthy of being a wife or potential mother?
And one last thing. It is all just my opinion. There is no reason to get worked up about the fact that my opinion is those who wait until their 30's to commit to someone for life are the desperate ones acting irresponsible & immature by doing so. If you missed your window. You missed your window. No big deal. Just live with it, I do.

As far as the point on women on Miami Beach and on Hawaiian Islands they are on a beach not walkign across the street in bare midriff tops, innaproprate for the setting, onlookers, and the person wearing it, she does it to get attention that someone her age shoul dnot be getting, dressing like a slut opens up that opportunity!!! And most marriages that occur before the age of 25 fail due to the lack of immaturity on both parties parts, the older, the wiser (in most cases), and the more preapared they are for committment!!! And in Ms Mileys case she will be no different given the odds that are against both her and her fiancee. As far as that 2 year length, are you a Hollywood resident because whoever you have been around is going about life all wrong!!!

I think so, only because celebrity marriages have a tendency to fail, no matter the age. Theres just to much happening in most celebrity lifes to have the time to nuture the needs and responsibiltys of marriage, add youth and maturity to the equation and it only presents more problems to any form of serious long lasting relationship. Time will tell and it usually doesn't take long, when it comes to marriage and young celebrities....

My wife was 19 when we got engaged, and 20 when we got married. She's 47 now (don't tell her I said so, though) and we're still together and still quite happy.

Age doesn't have much to do with maturity. I was married at 18 and still married to the same man. But my sister is now 35 and not anywhere near mature enough to be married.

I don't know her personally so I have no clue if she is mature enough. But it's her decision to make and her mistake to learn from if she isn't ready.

She's 19 thats alot older than my aunt was, she was 16 when she got married but that was common for her because that was way back when they didn't think twice about people getting married at that age.
