Miley Cyrus has been getting a new haircut practically every month lately -- and now, there's officially nothing left to cut. The newly engaged former Disney star has chopped her hair into a super-short pixie cut.
Sharing photos of the new 'do on Twitter, Miley wrote: "feeling so happy in my skin," "never felt more whole in my life," and "someone told me I'm prettier than Miley Cyrus." For those who were a little, er, alarmed by the drastic cut, she wrote: "my dad @billyraycyrus used to tell me "opinions are are like (a--)holes every body has one" LOVE my hair ❤ feel so happy, pretty, and free."
Before the cut, when fans begged her not to go through with it, she wrote: "It's happening. if you don't have something nice to say don't say anything at all. my hair is attached to my head no one else's and it's going bye bye :)" Well, she certainly looks ... edgy. But what 19-year-old hasn't done something kind of crazy to their hair?

+27For all those calling her immature, she donated her hair to charity, to make wigs for people with cancer. I think that's pretty great. And while she doesn't look her absolute best, her hair will grow back in.
1. Since when can't she have her own life? When she's not performing, it's none of our business what she does (and parents should be role models, not celebrities). 2. How is having short hair being a 'bad influence'?
I'm surprised she waited this long ~

There are far more important things to be concerned about than Miley Cyrus' hair style!
Besides, it's just hair, if she gets tired of it, it will grow out.
*Edit* Wow, I can't believe the number of people who think they actually have the authority to determine what is and is not okay, when it comes to someone else's hair. Immature? Really? For cutting her hair and donating it to charity? I think it's immature to judge someone's maturity based on what they do to their hair... it shows way too much concern with the outward appearance of others.
She's young and if she likes it then thats all that counts!
Hopefully she doesn't go off the deep end by dressing all black, going goth, or putting in a nose ring.
Other than that....Bravo Miley for having the "balls" to do the "unthinkable".
