Miley isn't a model for young girls anymore. She is an adult. Let her make and fail with her own choices in life.
If little girls look up to Miley they're going to look up to the Hannah Montana version of her, or her in her movies. These "bad" examples she's giving the younger girls are available on the internet and the TV. Parents can easily control what their Hannah Montana obsessed child watches. So, if you're a good parent you don't have to worry about your child coming across the adult version of Miley.
Don't like her growing up? Too bad.

After being caught clubbing in Paris and drinking under age in Madrid, it was only a matter of time before someone caught Miley Cyrus engaging in something more...substantial.
TMZ got its hands on a video of Cyrus taking a hit from a bong which is apparently loaded with salvia, a powerful but short-lived legal hallucinogen. Her friend says, "I'm going to document the s--- out of this" as Miley begins to trip out.
There is some debate over whether the substance was actually salvia, since the drug usually renders users completely incoherent. Miley rambles coherently about a mysterious "Liam [Hemsworth] look-a-like" for the first minute of her trip, which has led some viewers to believe she's actually smoking marijuana.
However, about a minute in Cyrus stops talking and begins laughing uncontrollably and uttering disjointed sentences like "Are you being as weird as I think you are?" and "Just kidding, those aren't mine." At one point she seems to be reciting something in a goofy voice, then snaps out of it and the video ends.
Posting videos of people taking salvia has become something of a YouTube trend because the effects of the drug are often so intense that the user ends up babbling, stumbling around blindly, or even screaming in fear until they suddenly come down five minutes later and try to explain what happened.
Whether the substance Miley smoked was actually salvia or something else seems beside the point. Is Miley setting a bad example?

And i'm gonna say what we all were thinking (well at least some)- Miley needs to go to rehab.
HOWEVER, while i do think she should be a bit more careful about the image she's portraying to young girls, her young fans haven't seemed to notice the other things she's done in the past that could set a bad example.

She is a teen, any teen would do the same thing if put in the same situation, sure it's not role model material but that's why "Hannah Montana" is around. She isn't setting a bad example if she is just acting like a normal teen...
Anyone remember the days where your parents where your role model's? Anyone, or was that just me.
