Not only is Mila Kunis gorgeous and talented, she may have saved a man's life last weekend.

When a 50-year-old employee collapsed in her home last Saturday due to a violent seizure, the 28-year-old actress ran over, turning the man's head to the side so he wouldn't choke, sources tell TMZ. She had her friend call 911, and when paramedics arrived at the scene, she offered to ride in the ambulance (it wasn't necessary). The man has since made a full recovery.

But Kunis is not the only celeb-to-the-rescue. According to The Sun, Dustin Hoffman saved a jogger's life when he collapsed in London's Hyde Park of a heart attack late last month. The actor reportedly called paramedics and stayed by the man's side as they got his heart beating again.

Actually, my vote is all of the above. I don't think heroism is about "my act is bigger than yours". If you did something heroic, regardless of significance, then you're a hero :)

For someone who has suffered a seizure that is a big deal.
She made the right moves which makes me think she's seen this before, but save a life doubtful.

Not denying that. Just saying she did more than dial 911. Though I still don't know if that is particularly heroic as much as it's just unexpected from celebrities.

Well she was born in the Ukraine and lived their until she was seven. The move was traumatic for her so maybe she has a bit more compassion.

I thought it was great she accepted the date request to the Marine Corps Ball ~ not so much for all the Celebs that started doing it after her.

Sean Penn is a great actor, but quite a bore when it comes to his vocal political rantings. But you gotta give the dude credit, he puts his money & his body where his mouth is. A major thing he continues to do is devote massive amounts of his time and his own money down in Haiti...post earthquake. He's was down there immediately after the quake hit & has remained heavily involved long after the cameras have gone. #2 would be Mila Kunis because she is the hottest woman on the planet.

HA! I knew it! That man is truly my hero. Harrison Ford can do it all. This guy not only saves lives, but he's also a pilot, and in his past life he did carpentry. This man is legit, he is for real.

    LOL.

If that's the criterion, then I gotta go with Dustin Hoffman. There was a little seen follow-up to "Rainman" called "Rainman II: The Wrath of Raymond" where he was hired by the CIA to use his superhuman math skills to thwart an early computer virus that the decaying Soviet Union was using as a last ditch attempt to win the Cold War. Not a lot of action because Raymond just sat in his cubical staring at a series of number sequences on his computer screen for most of the flick. And the dialogue just wasn't believable. You can see it on basic cable though!!

I actually think they all are. Whether someone hates these people for their acting or music shouldn't matter, the point is, they're human just like us and they want to end suffering in the world as much as the next person does. Helping out a fellow human is just a human reaction, and I think it's cool.

Patrick Dempsey is a close second for bringing out the crowbar.

Kunis is cuter, but Cruise has more "saves" than any of the rest. This fact is under-reported by media--and isn't adequately covered here either.

When Tom was married to Nicole, they rescued a family in danger in a boating situation.

During a film debut, Tom jumped to the aid of someone who had got pushed down by the crowd. Don't recall the details.

But the facts should be known.

After all, this is a very important and potentially career-changing poll.

Tom's strong belief in Scientology has afforded him the power of superhuman sensory awareness , that allows him to respond nearly three seconds faster than others around him in quasi-life threatening situations.....like people in danger of being trampled at one of his blockbuster movie premiers. In exchange for this somewhat useful ability, Tom had to agree to be dogged throughout his career by strong rumors that despite his high profile marriages to Mimi Rodgers, Nicole Kidman & Katie Holmes; that he was in fact a very gay & very closeted man. Curious!
