Not only is Mila Kunis gorgeous and talented, she may have saved a man's life last weekend.

When a 50-year-old employee collapsed in her home last Saturday due to a violent seizure, the 28-year-old actress ran over, turning the man's head to the side so he wouldn't choke, sources tell TMZ. She had her friend call 911, and when paramedics arrived at the scene, she offered to ride in the ambulance (it wasn't necessary). The man has since made a full recovery.

But Kunis is not the only celeb-to-the-rescue. According to The Sun, Dustin Hoffman saved a jogger's life when he collapsed in London's Hyde Park of a heart attack late last month. The actor reportedly called paramedics and stayed by the man's side as they got his heart beating again.

Actually, my vote is all of the above. I don't think heroism is about "my act is bigger than yours". If you did something heroic, regardless of significance, then you're a hero :)

Right, so why didn't they put in someone else like Vin Diesel who ran to a burning car and pulled two children and the driver out over the back seat? Or Nomar Garciaparra who jumped from a 20ft dock to save a woman from drowning?

Any and all actions on behalf of the victim in an emergency are great. Many more people, other than celebrities do many helpful and courageous acts daily and never see their names in the press.

It was hard to choose. They were all heroes, in my opinion. However, it should go without saying that the real heroes are the Paramedics and Firefighters who save lives every day.

I've saved 3 drowning victims, one adult, and 2 children guess commoners don't count lol

if you have ever been involved in a street fight you are aware of how unpredictable the level and type of violence can be ... trying to stop one can be a very risky business ...

My vote placed personal danger higher than number of people saved - using a chopper or boat to rescue people is commendable, but not very risky. I'd put Winslet and Dempsey second.

I really think Mark Harmon, who pulled two teenagers from a burning car, or Vin Diesel who saved a family from a burning vehicle, should be on this list. But, Kate Winslet was awesome in a very scary situation.

Putting yourself into the middle of a New York street fight is brave (and perhaps not brainy). All of the others seem to have done 'good deeds' but with little personal risk.

I don't really like the guy because of his political activism, but he's the best choice on this list. I'm sorry but calling 911 does not make you a hero. If you want to really talk about celebrity heros then add Pat Tillman to this list.

Sorry, but when you drag a camera crew in the boat with you then you are losing valuable rescue space. Besides, on his first attempt he sunk the boat because he took off before his crew put the drain plug back in.

He may not have a great reputation as a celebrity. But going to places where people are rushing out ... admirable.

Harrison Ford is a close second.

Didn't say the car was burning and could have caused injuries to the teen.
Leave them in place until paramedics arrive, unless there is a chance of fire or the person is bleeding

Don't forget what "Jeff Spicolie" did in Haiti 2 years ago and has continued to do, with much personal time and monetary costs & he simply doesn't self-promote his actions. He just it to help out his fellow man. So awesome!

Well, all did a little good here, but small things, in my opinion.
    Few were NOT really inconvenienced.

Harrison Ford used his skills to rescue people, and Sean, also using a lot of his time, but I hope that douche bag was realizing true compassion.
