Seeing Michael Phelps in a skimpy bathing suit is nothing new, but seeing him pose suggestively in a bathtub -- like he does for a new Louis Vuitton ad -- is kind of shocking. Check out an equally sexy shot of Michael Phelps posing for the fashion ad at :30 in the video below!

In the shot, taken by famed celeb photographer Annie Leibovitz, Phelps shows us that there's more to the most decorated Olympian of all time than just swimming. Like, posing in sexy ad campaigns, for example.

Phelps will also appear on a reality show on the Golf Channel, where Tiger Woods' former coach will teach him to play golf. Sounds like the 27-year-old retiree just wants to have some fun right now (and make as much cash as possible). But is Michael Phelps' Louis Vuitton ad sexy or strange?

My wife and I agree, it's just strange. The tub with swimmers goggles, the odd angle of his body, how the water makes his lower torso look so small, wondering why the bag is on the towel,... All just odd. The photographer / ad designer should be fired.

I feel like the people who find it strange are the staight men or the women with no taste. I wouldn't say this pose is that suggestive, women in advertising pose much more so with no negative comments.

help me understand why you say this is a suggestive pose. . . is he supposed to keep his knees together and put his hands over his crotch? If this were a female no one would think it is suggestive. Anyway, Phelps is not known for showing much anyway

I don't think strange is the word for the opposite of sexy. Maybe awkward, or unsexy are better terms to describe it. I like him. I don't think he's the most handsome man I've ever seen but his body is ridiculous.
