Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston Supposedly Had a Fling: Believable or Baloney?

According to The Sun, Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston, two recently deceased pop legends who knew each other well in life, had a two-week fling together in 1991 (a year before she married Bobby Brown), and MJ was apparently still in love with her on his death bed. The rumor comes from 32-year-old martial arts master Matt Fiddes, who served as Jackson's bodyguard from 1998 until his death in 2009.
Fiddes told The Sun, "[I] know this affair will end all the myths that Michael was some kind of child molester — he was a straight man ... One of the many stories that has never been told about Michael is that he had an ultra-secret affair with Whitney Houston that he never got over. He was furious when he heard she had also slept with Jermaine but this didn’t stop him holding a candle for her his whole life." It's a fantastic tale if true, but do you buy it? Did Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston have a fling?

+10Maybe I'm a little jaded from living in Vegas. But, I've seen plenty of hookups that made no sense except for the fact that both people were good looking and willing.
Matt Fiddes has been caught lying before, he has absolutely no credibility. He has talked about Michael in various interviews, problem is that he apparently doesn't remember what he has said before, and tells very different versions of his fabricated stories. Or maybe he's changing them in order to sell new, "exclusive" interviews. He's doing this for the money, to get his 15 minutes of fame, and to boost his business.
Fiddes used to be a loser who turned to martial arts because he was bullied. He now owns an international martial arts franchise and brand. To have "known" Michael Jackson is good for business. Fiddes didn't know MJ as well as he'd like us to believe. He worked as MJ’s "unofficial bodyguard" (holding his umbrella) at Uri Geller's (also a "friend" who used Michael in his own interests) request in a couple of his visits to the UK in 2001 and 2002.
