I did not think the second and third movies were really all that bad like everyone says they were. My only problem with a fourth one is that it seemed like they rapped it up in the third, I don't see where they could go with a fourth. But, only out of curiosity, I would go see it.
Nothing better for a lazy Sunday then some good explosions and great cars. Transformers fit that bill. Actually I am hoping the make a full length movie with the Beast Wars serie (no real acting then please, just some awesome Final Fantasy like CGI)
It's lukewarm and getting colder. This last one was like watching two totally different movies. The first part was about Rosie Whitely's (whom I was not a fan) insecurities and Shia finding a job until the final hour when they finally get to the Transformers. It was all over the place.
please be a movie critic and just help destroy michael bay's hold on society. I have no idea why people find this series entertaining, is it explosions, because for that, just watch Mission impossible and if you want toys, watch The Indian in the Cupboard
The first film was decent pop corn fun, the second is easily one of the worst films I have had the displeasure of watching which has kept me away from the third. Michael Bay is a hack.
I've enjoyed the movies, but they need to know when to quit. It could destroy what they have done so far. The last one ended really well, so lets leave it at that.
I mean dont get me wrong i really liked the 1st and 3rd movies (2nd one sucked), but unless i missed something im pretty sure they wrapped up the series at #3. Didn't all of the Decepticon leaders die anyway?
If you want formula product where the producers think you a member of the stupid non thinking movie going public go ahead and support Transformers 4. You are sending a message.
If you want a quality film that breaks new ground, go see Hugo. You also are sending a message.
I tried to get past shia labeouf, but honestly, that whole part in the 2nd one where he dies of a ripped T-Shirt and went to robot heaven was too much for me.
I somewhat enjoyed the first movie. But it's been all downhill from there. I'll never understand the acclaim Michael Bay, JJ Abrams or Tim Burton receive. Their films aren't that great. Guillermo del Toro is better than all three put together.
They need to make the movie about the title.. 'TRANSFORMERS' not, 'Whiney White Kid, and his Big Robot Pals and Hot Girlfriend'.
They'll make money though.. so you know it's going to be made.

That's all.
