    Mariah Carey is a singer with an amazing voice and talent.
    Nicki Minaj raps all types of nonsense and foolishness and she has a strange sense of style that draws people to look at her and talk about her. Plus if you had her good looks and curvy figure to the equation, there you have the Nicki Minaj persona. Nothing about Nicki Minaj is real; she is just manufactured. Nothing special about her at all.
    I definitely rather Mariah Carey judge on the Idol because she has talent and grace unlike Nicki Minaj.

    I know right! Nicki Minaj can't sing, dance or anything. She wears these stupid outfits and has this ''Barbie persona'' to attract attention to her.
    She wouldn't be relative in 30 years and she will be forgotten. And if she is remembered. she will a laughing stock.
    She is just an ''artist'' in her 15 minutes of fame.

    Nicki, GaGa, Rhianna are all products of a sick perception of what true talent really is. Depending on this type of depravity to judge true talent does nothing to promote true gifts as opposed to peddling stupidity and sex as talent.

    Mariah Carey has a nice voice, but she's such a diva/nut case! I love her husband, but she's weird as heck. Niki is weird, but it's a creative, groundbreaking kind of thing and I'll take her any day over Mariah. At least with Niki I don't think she'll be making it all about herself....

    Mariah Carey is one of the most talented singers in the pop genre. I feel with her experience, she would be able to give much better advice compared to Nicki Minaj.

    As of right now, I would watch X-Factor U.S. over American Idol or The Voice.
