Lollapalooza started out as a touring music festival and eventually morphed into an annual event in Chicago's Grant Park. Most recently, festival producer and Jane's Addiction lead singer Perry Farrell started expanding once again and organizing versions of the festival in other countries.
Over the weekend, as this year's Lollapalooza was wrapping up in the States, Farrell announced that the festival would expand to Tel Aviv, Israel in 2013. He explained to MTV News "Tel Aviv goes all night long, there is no curfew, they've got all these incredible night clubs, they love dance music, Yarkon Park can hold 60,000 people, and it's right off the beach. What else do you need?"
He concluded by saying that after Tel Aviv, the popular music festival would continue expanding wherever "there's a large audience" and where people are "waiting for the music and haven't gotten it." You heard him, SodaHeads! Time to put in your requests! Where would you want Lollapalooza to expand to next?

Seriously, having it all in Grant Park is WAY to condensed... Have you seen how wild it gets?
