Lyndsay Lohan was issued a warrant for her arrest on Thursday for failing to appear in court for a probation hearing. Her lawyer claimed that she was unable to appear because her passport was stolen at the Cannes Film Festival in France, preventing her from returning to the U.S. French authorities say they never received a report.
After reviewing Lohan's claims, Judge Marsha Revel maintained that Lohan could have made it to court if she wanted to and issued the arrest warrant with a $100,000 bail, which Lohan posted the same day via a representative. The actress may face weekly drug and alcohol testing if she's found guilty of probation, and has been told not to consume any alcohol until her next hearing.
She has not yet returned to the U.S.
Lohan's trouble with the law began in 2007 when she received a DUI for driving recklessly under the influence of cocaine and alcohol, and she has since missed three alcohol education classes. At least she's consistent.

I hope she gets pass her demons and gets back on track.
But I bet you a million dollars she will start to get better if people ( paparazzi and angry bloggers, bitter attention whores who just have to comment etc.) would leave her the hell alone.
I'm asking for to much though, today people love to see and kick down others who are failing instead of worrying about their own lives.
